RIP: To The Ideas That Scrammed

Had an off-the-cuff idea one time.

Thought it was going to stick, but lost it cos I felt having a book and pen on me at all times — or in this digital age, a notepad — was a bootless errand.

Cheers to what could have been a million-dollar idea.

Nonetheless… if you’re a writer and you’ve been in this shoe, here’s how I’ve managed to cut back on such losses.

And it’s simple…

PEN THEM DOWN WHEN THEY HIT!

Most big ideas hit us unexpectedly. And when we don’t write them, they disappear into thin air like a puff of smoke.

I learned the hard way.

Now, I could be in the bathroom naked, and when an idea hits…. *zoooom💨

….sorry for seeing my butt, but not sorry.🙂
